1. Download your acceptance letter via EM Strasbourg’s financial platform

  • Connection link: https://inscriptions.em-strasbourg.eu/login
    • Email address: the personal address you gave to the School during the admissions process  
    • Password: the first letter of your last name, first letter of your first name (in lower case) and your date of birth with slashes (DD/MM/YYYY)     

 

Example: Dupont Marie born on June 12, 2002 → dm12/06/2002   

For compound names: first letter of first last name + first letter of first first name   

Example: Jean-Pierre Grand-Chateau born on Jan. 01, 2000 → gj01/01/2000

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information  

Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation

Step 3: Submit all the required documents to obtain your letter of acceptance

 

2. Pay your Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC)

 

Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.

 

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

   

3. Complete your course selection

 

We invite you to choose the courses you wish to take at EM Strasbourg before August 17, 2025.

4. Complete enrollment on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform  

  

Complete enrollment on the financial platform in four steps:

Step 1: Choose your desired mode of payment   

Step 2: Submit all the required documents to validate your financial file 

Step 3: Certify that the documents provided are correct and send your file to the enrollment team for approval     

The next step is only available in September. 

Step 4: Once your file is approved, you will receive an email to download your financial form 

If certain documents are not acceptable, our team will contact you by email. Please check your student and/or personal email inbox and provide requested information.

5. Send your administrative file

 

Finalize enrollment in three steps:

 

Step 1: Fill in and sign the enrollment document below

Download the document in French

 

Step 2: Prepare your supporting documents

  • A copy of your high school transcript in PDF format 
  • A copy of the sworn French translation of your high school transcript in PDF format (if it is not issued in French) 
  • Scholarship holders: proof of conditional or definitive awarding of the CROUS scholarship or decision to award another type of scholarship (French government scholarship) 

 

Step 3: Send your enrollment document and supporting documents by email

  1. Subject of the email: Bachelor enrollment - [your first and last name] - [your year of entry (first / second / third year)] 

    Example: Marie Dupont enrolls for the first time at EM Strasbourg in the second year of the Bachelor of International Business 
    Subject of the enrollment email: Bachelor enrollment - Marie Dupont - second year 

  2. Attachments:   

    - Your completed and signed enrollment document
    - All the supporting documents required 

  3. Send everything by email to inscription-bai@emstrasbourg.eu

 

 

6. Activate your digital and social work environment (Ernest) and request your student card (PassCampus)

 

Ernest enables you to access your student email inbox, your schedule, and many other tools.

 

Your card will be available for pickup at the Registrar's Office one month following your request.

 

You are now enrolled!
