You are joining the Bachelor’s Program via the “Ouverture et talents” admissions pathway. Finalize your enrollment at EM Strasbourg in a few steps before Saturday, August 31, 2024.

1. Pay your Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC)

 

Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.

 

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

   

2. Enroll on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform "Mon inscription à l'EM Strasbourg"

  

Connect to EM Strasbourg’s financial platform:

Connection details:

  • Connection link: https://inscriptions.em-strasbourg.eu/login
    • Email address: the personal address you gave to the School during the admissions process   
    • Password: the first letter of your last name, first letter of your first name (in lower case) and your date of birth with slashes (DD/MM/YYYY)

For compound names: first letter of first last name + first letter of first first name  
Example: Jean-Pierre Grand-Chateau born on Jan. 01, 2000 -> gj01/01/2000

Complete your file in four steps:

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information   

Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation  

Step 3: Certify that the information provided is correct and send your file to the enrollment team for approval  

Step 4: Once your file is approved, you will receive an email to download your financial form 

In case of refusal, our team will contact you by email. Please check your student and/or personal email inbox and provide requested information.

 

 

3. Complete your administrative enrollment on the University of Strasbourg’s website 

 

Enroll at the University of Strasbourg:

Step 1: Click on "Première inscription à l’Université de Strasbourg"  

Step 2: Click on "Je souhaite m'inscrire intégralement en ligne pour la première fois à l'Unistra et j'ai pris connaissance des conditions générales d'utilisation du site"

  • Username:  P23 followed by the seven digits making up your Parcoursup file number or P230 followed by the six digits making up your Parcoursup file number
  • Password: your birth date (ddmmyyyy)  

 

Step 3: Proceed to the next step without paying the requested fee

4. Activate your digital and social work environment (Ernest)  


Once you have completed your online enrollment, you must activate your digital and social work environment (Ernest) in order to submit the required supporting documents.

 

 

5. Submit your supporting documents on the PJWeb platform 

  
Once you have completed your online enrollment and activated your Ernest account, you will receive an email detailing the required documents. You must upload the supporting documents to the PJWeb platform in order to finalize your enrollment. 

  • Your student card will be issued once your enrollment has been finalized.
  • Connection link: PJWEB  (Click on “Je souhaite déposer mes pièces justificatives en ligne”)

  

If you do not have all the documents, you can submit the ones you already have and log on at a later date to submit the remaining documents.  

Afterward, the enrollment officer will approve or refuse each document submitted (status: “Approved” or “Refused”).
If a document is refused, an email will be sent to you specifying the reason for the refusal.

  

 

6. Complete your course selection

We invite you to choose the courses you wish to take during your first year at EM Strasbourg before August 16, 2024.

Late enrollment can lead to certain delays or difficulties (receiving scholarship payments, taking exams, obtaining a certificate of enrollment, etc.).
