1. Download your acceptance letter via EM Strasbourg’s financial platform
Connection details:
Email address: the personal address you gave to the School during the admissions process
Password: the first letter of your last name, first letter of your first name (in lower case) and your date of birth with slashes (DD/MM/YYYY)

For compound names: first letter of first last name + first letter of first first name

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information
Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation
Step 3: Submit all the required documents to obtain your letter of acceptance
Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.
The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.
NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.
3. Pay your enrollment fees
At the time of the entrance exam, you paid an advance on your fees. If you are planning on paying in several installments, you must pay your university fees and a deposit of €600.00 on your specific fees, for a total of €850.00. This amount will be deducted from your total tuition fees.

4. Complete enrollment on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform

Step 1: Choose your desired mode of payment
Step 2: Submit all the required documents to validate your financial file
Step 3: Certify that the documents provided are correct and send your file to the enrollment team for approval
Step 4: Once your file is approved, you will receive an email to download your financial form
If certain documents are not acceptable, our team will contact you by email. Please check your student and/or personal email inbox and correct requested information.
5. Choose your language courses
Please choose the Langue Vivante (LV) that you will study this year.
1. Compulsory LV1
Please note that English is mandatory for all students, including students in the English track. You will take a placement test at the beginning of the school year to determine your group. If you score less than 10 on this test, you will be required to take LV2 English in addition to LV1 English.
2. Compulsory LV2
LV2 is compulsory. We highly recommend studying French as a foreign language (Français Langue Etrangère, FLE) and offer courses at all levels. We offer a choice of other languages as well. You will take a level test at the start of the school year to determine your group.

Once your registration has been validated by our team, you will receive an e-mail to activate your Environnement Numérique et Social de Travail (ERNEST). Your ERNEST account will give you access to your student e-mail address, your school documents, your timetable, your grades and more.
