PGE Student in a Professional Gap Year

You are enrolling in a professional gap year. Finalize your enrollment at EM Strasbourg in just a few steps.

PGE Student in a Professional Gap Year - EM Strasbourg

1. Pay your Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC)

Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

2. Complete your administrative enrollment on the University of Strasbourg’s website

Enroll at the University:

Step 1: To reach Unistra's administrative enrollment website, click here

Step 2: Click on "Réinscription à l’Université de Strasbourg"

Step 3: Scroll down and click on "Je souhaite me réinscrire intégralement en ligne à l'Unistra".

Step 4: Connect to the enrollment platform

Pay enrollment fees:

Fees for a professional gap year include tuition (€800) and a University enrollment fee (€254), amounting to €1,054 (€800 for scholarship students).

During enrollment, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €600 and the University enrollment fee of €254, totaling €854 (€600 for scholarship holders). The remaining €200 is paid separately in step 3.

To simplify the process and expedite the processing of your file, we recommend that you do not pay the deposit when enrolling on the University of Strasbourg's website but instead pay your full tuition in a single payment during step 3.

Important information!
When you pay online on the Unistra website, you are offered the option of paying €854 (or €600 for scholarship holders) in one or three installments. This is the only way to pay your fees for the professional gap year in installments. However, you will need to pay the remaining €200 before your enrollment can be confirmed.
