Bachelor’s Student in a Professional Gap Year 3A

1. Pay your Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC)

Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

2. Enroll on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform

Pay tuition in five steps:

Fees for a professional gap year include the following:

• €178: Unistra enrollment fee (scholarship holders are exempt)
• €800: EM Strasbourg tuition

→ Grand total: €978 (or €800 for scholarship holders)

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information   

Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation  

Step 3: Submit all the required documents to validate your financial file (You will be asked to submit a bank transfer notice for €200 of your tuition. The remaining balance for tuition is paid in step 3 below) 

Step 4: Go to the last tab and electronically sign your file 

Step 5: Your file is then processed by the Registrar's Office's enrollment team

If certain documents are not acceptable, our team will contact you by email. Please check your student and/or personal email inbox and provide requested information.

Step 2: Click "Connect via Ernest"

3. Register administratively on the University of Strasbourg website

I pay my registration fees

During your online registration, you must pay €778, which includes €178 in national fees for Unistra and a deposit of €600 for the EM registration fees (bursary students only pay the €600).

Different payment methods are available to you

• Secure online payment by credit card in 1 or 3 installments at the time of your online registration on the Unistra website.
• Bank transfer (processing time: 2 to 3 weeks): if you wish to pay by bank transfer, contact directly at inscription-bai@em-strasbourg.eu

I log in

• Connection link: Online re-registration on the University of Strasbourg website
• Credentials: student number + date of birth

4. Fill in the third party communication form

Please complete the consent form to authorise a third party to act on your behalf: Communication form

You are now enrolled!

You are now part of the EM Strasbourg community and can therefore benefit from services offered by the association EM Strasbourg Alumni (your membership fee has been paid).
