Second-Year Bachelor’s Student

1. Pay the CVEC

Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.    

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.

• Amount: €103

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

2. Enroll on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform

Connect to EM Strasbourg’s financial platform:

• Connection link: https://inscriptions.em-strasbourg.eu

Pay tuition in six steps:

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information   

Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation  

Step 3: Choose your desired mode of payment 

Step 4: Submit all the required documents to validate your financial file   

Step 5: Certify that the documents provided are correct and send your file to the enrollment team for approval     

Step 6: Once your file is approved, you will receive an email to download your financial form

If certain documents are not acceptable, our team will contact you by email. Please check your student and/or personal email inbox and provide requested information.

3. Complete your administrative enrollment on the University of Strasbourg’s website

Connect to the University of Strasbourg’s website:

• Connection link: https://iareins.unistra.fr/iareins/etapes/identification.jspx

Reeroll at the University of Strasbourg:

Step 1: Click on “Réinscription à l’Université de Strasbourg”

Step 2: Click on “Inscription dans une nouvelle filière ou réorientation”

Step 3: Click on “Réinscription en ligne”

Step 4: Tick the box “J’ai pris connaissance des conditions générales”

Pay enrollment fee:

When you reenroll online, you must pay an enrollment fee of 770 euros (600 euros for scholarship students).

 
Different methods of payment are offered to you:

• Secure online payment by bank card in one or three installments when you reenroll online on the Unistra website (processing time: one to three days).   
• Payment by bank transfer (processing time: one to three weeks). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact inscription-bai@em-strasbourg.eu

4. Complete your course selection

We invite you to choose the courses you wish to take during your second year at EM Strasbourg before August 16, 2024.
