You have completed your last year at the University of Strasbourg or EM Strasbourg and are joining PGE4 for a year's co-op. Finalize your enrollment at EM Strasbourg in a few steps before August 12.

PGE4 Co-op Student - EM Strasbourg

Enroll at EM Strasbourg by following the four mandatory steps mentioned below:  
 

  1. Pay the CVEC 
  2. Choose your major
  3. Enroll on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform  
  4. Choose your language track

→ As a co-op student, you cannot directly enroll online via the University of Strasbourg's website.  
We will contact you once you have successfully enrolled on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform and the Internships & Co-op Office has approved the contract with your host company.

 

1. Pay the CVEC

 Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.    

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment.

 

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

2. Find out about our majors

 

Before choosing a major when you enroll on the Université de Strasbourg website (in the next step), read the document below to find out all about the different fields and their majors open to co-op:

  • Finance - Comptabilité
  • Marketing : Marketing, Digitalisation des Parcours Clients, Négociation et Management Commercial
  • Création et Management des Organisations Responsables : Ressources Humaines, Entrepreneuriat, Supply Chain Management

3. Enroll on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform

Fill in your information

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information.  

Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation.  

Step 3:  Submit your file for approval. You will receive an email to download your financial form.   

4. Choose your language track

We invite you to choose the language track you wish to take during your first year at EM Strasbourg. 

 

1. LV1 (mandatory)

The compulsory LV1 is English. You will take a placement test at the start of the academic year to determine your group.

 

2. LV2 (mandatory)

LV2 is compulsory. You will take a placement test at the beginning of the academic year to determine your group.

IMPORTANT!
You have three months following the start of the academic year (until December) to find a co-op placement. After this period, you will be required to pay tuition in full.
