1. Pay the CVEC

Introduced by the Ministry, this compulsory contribution goes toward welcoming students and providing them with social, health, cultural, and sports services.   

The CVEC must be paid before administrative enrollment. 

 

NB: CROUS scholarship holders and students in continuing education do not pay the CVEC but must visit the website to obtain a certificate of exemption.

   

2. Complete your administrative enrollment on the University of Strasbourg’s website

Step 1: Click on “Réinscription à l’Université de Strasbourg” 

Step 2: Click on “Inscription dans une nouvelle filière ou réorientation” 

Step 3: Click on “Réinscription en ligne” 

Step 4: Tick the box “J’ai pris connaissance des conditions générales”   

 

Information about second-year majors offered on-site

When you enroll, you must choose the major you wish to take.   

You will have the opportunity to change your mind during the first two weeks of classes.

Pay registration fees 

When you enroll online, you must pay an enrollment fee of 1,043 euros (800 euros for scholarship students).   

  

Different methods of payment are offered to you:   

  • Secure online payment by bank card in one or three installments when you enroll online on the Unistra website (processing time: one to three days).   
  • Payment by bank transfer (processing time: one to three weeks). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact inscription-pge@em-strasbourg.eu
Practical Information
Please note that deferred payment by bank transfer extends the processing time of your file by two to three weeks! Opt for online payment by bank card, if possible. Payment in several installments is only possible via online payment.

3. Enroll on EM Strasbourg’s financial platform

Pay tuition in six steps:

Step 1: Check your personal information and enter any missing information 

Step 2: Check your program and tick the boxes according to your situation 

Step 3: Choose your desired mode of payment

Step 4: Submit all the required documents to validate your financial file 

Step 5: Certify that the documents provided are correct and send your file to the enrollment team for approval 

Step 6: Once your file is approved, you will receive an email to download your financial form   

If certain documents are not acceptable, our team will contact you by email. Please check your student and/or personal email inbox and correct requested information.

 

4. Submit your supporting documents on the PJWeb platform

Once you have completed your online enrollment and activated your Ernest account, you will receive an email detailing the required documents. You must upload the supporting documents to the PJWeb platform in order to finalize your enrollment.

IMPORTANT! Late enrollment can lead to delays or difficulties in certain areas (receiving scholarship payments, taking exams, obtaining a certificate of enrollment, etc.).

 

If you do not have all the documents, you can submit the ones you already have and log on at a later date to submit the missing documents. 

Afterward, the enrollment officer will approve or refuse each document submitted (status: “Approved” or “Refused”). If a document is refused, an email will be sent to you specifying the reason for the refusal.

 

5. I would like to change my second foreign language

During your year at EM Strasbourg, you will study two foreign languages (English and the other language you indicated at the time of the entrance exam).

You will be assigned the same LV2 as the one you took last year. If you wish to change your LV2, please complete the form below (please note that your request is subject to approval by the language department).
